Services Available at Our St. Louis Drug Rehab Center

  • Speaking Engagements: Schools, churches, professionals, and other groups in the St. Louis area can schedule a presentation with a substance abuse counselor from our drug rehab center. Our speaking engagements are built around the idea that teens and young adults will do the right thing when presented with the right knowledge. We do not believe that scare tactics and lectures are effective. We combine real life experiences, with consequences that teens/young adults can relate to with humor to keep their attention. Real conversations are what adolescents appreciate and deserve and this is what our speaking engagements provide.
  • Intensive Outpatient: Our outpatient drug rehab program is facilitated by our trained and or certified substance abuse counselors, who understand the reality of life in a drug rehab center and the emotions and pressures experienced in recovery. We rely on this personal experience along with our enthusiastic approach to sobriety to make a lasting difference in the lives of young adults. Our approach to drug and alcohol recovery teaches teens how to enjoy life without the use of mind-changing chemicals.
  • Individual Counseling: Our substance abuse counseling focuses on the emotional, mental, spiritual and social issues that teens deal with in a one-on-one setting. These sessions are the cornerstone of our drug rehab center. This is where teens will learn the basic twelve steps, as well as other skills needed to recover.
  • Support Groups: The key to a real and lasting recovery is a community supporting the teen or young adult throughout the stages of treatment. This is something where many drug rehab centers fall short. Our drug and alcohol rehab sobriety support groups are open to patients both currently undergoing treatment with Crossroads and those who have completed outpatient treatment (for up to 2 ½ years following completion of the program). There are currently no other treatment centers in Missouri that offer this. We also offer support groups for parents of substance abusers. This offers support for parents as well as teaches them to begin working the twelve steps.
